Stage Magicians of the Year
On 31 May 2026, at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles, the Academy of Magical Arts, home of The Magic Castle, named us its Stage Magicians of the Year. Jason Segel presented the award.
The Magic Castle is the most exclusive magic venue in the world, and the clubhouse of the Academy of Magical Arts. The nominations come from the Academy’s magician members, for performances at the Castle, and then the full membership votes.
Our nomination was for our performance at The Magic Castle, alongside Jon Armstrong, Les Arnold & Dazzle, Tina Lenert and Artem Shchukin.
Then the night moved back to Hollywood, for the after-party at The Magic Castle.
The act the Academy recognised is now The Magic Castle Act, the 20 to 25 minute version of the show.
Four days later
On 4 June we opened at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Two months after that came word that the Milbourne Christopher Foundation would name us its Mentalist of the Year.
